- 1 lb sausage - browned
- 1 bag hashbrowns (refrigerator section - "Simply Potatoes")
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups Colby/Monterey Jack Cheese
Mix eggs and milk together.
Layer 1/2 of hasbrowns, 1/2 of sausage, 3/4 cup cheese. Repeat layers.
Pour egg mixture onto casserole, pat down good. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil - add remaining cheese to top. Bake 10-15 minutes longer.
