STUFFED PEPPERS

Ingredients

  • 6 green bell peppers
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup Minute Rice
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Remove insides of peppers. Blanch in hot water; boil about 5 minutes and rinse out in cold water. Place in baking dish. Mix all ingredients well; stuff peppers. Pour tomato sauce over peppers to bake. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
