Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz) pkg. coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup radishes (chopped fine)
- 1/2 cup red or green peppers (chopped)
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 2 pkg beef or oriental flavor Ramen noodles (crumbled)
- 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 3/4 cup slivered almonds
- DRESSING
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 flavoring packets from noodles

Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees Combine melted butter, noodles, sunflower seeds and slivered almonds on a cookie sheet. Toast in oven. Let cool. Mix vegetables. Combine dressing ingredients. Pour over begetables and mix well. Before serving, add crunchy noodles, seeds, nut mixture and toss
