Ingredients

    (16 oz) pkg. coleslaw mix

  • 1/2

    cup chopped green onions

  • 1/2

    cup radishes (chopped fine)

  • 1/2

    cup red or green peppers (chopped)

  • 2

    tbsp butter (melted)

  • 2

    pkg beef or oriental flavor Ramen noodles (crumbled)

  • 3/4

    cup sunflower seeds

  • 3/4

    cup slivered almonds

  • DRESSING

  • 1

    cup vegetable oil

  • 1/3

    cup vinegar

  • 1/2

    cup sugar

  • 1

    tbsp soy sauce

  • 2

    flavoring packets from noodles

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees Combine melted butter, noodles, sunflower seeds and slivered almonds on a cookie sheet. Toast in oven. Let cool. Mix vegetables. Combine dressing ingredients. Pour over begetables and mix well. Before serving, add crunchy noodles, seeds, nut mixture and toss
