Ingredients
- Mac Sauce:
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 2 packages chili man chili seasoning packs
- 1 box angel hair pasta
- 1 6 oz can Red Gold or Hunts brand tomato paste
- 1 8 oz can Red Gold or Hunts brand tomato sauce
- 1 32 oz bottle Campbell's tomato juice
- 1 bag Kraft brand triple cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups ketchup
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
In large pot, add ground beef, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/2 of 1 packet chili man, garlic powder, seasoned salt, salt, pepper and 1/2 tsp cumin.
Brown meat, then add remaining chili man, tomato sauce, tomato paste and 1/2 cup tomato juice (just enough so it isn't dry).
Let simmer for about an hour, occasionally adding a splash of tomato juice.
Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package.
For the Mac Sauce:
Combine ingredients, if needed you can add a little more Worcestershire sauce.
**Don't add the noodles to the meat****
Serve in layers as follows: 1. noodles 2. meat mixture 3. sauce top with Kraft brand triple cheddar cheese.
