    pounds ground beef

    white onion, chopped

    packages chili man chili seasoning packs

    box angel hair pasta

    6 oz can Red Gold or Hunts brand tomato paste

  • 1

    8 oz can Red Gold or Hunts brand tomato sauce

  • 1

    32 oz bottle Campbell's tomato juice

  • 1

    bag Kraft brand triple cheddar cheese

  • 1/2

    tsp cumin

  • 1 1/2

    tsp garlic powder

  • 1 1/2

    tsp seasoned salt

  • 1/2

    tsp pepper

  • 1/8

    cup Worcestershire sauce

  • 2

    cups ketchup

  • Mac Sauce:

  • 2

    cups ketchup

  • 1/8

    cup Worcestershire sauce

Directions

In large pot, add ground beef, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/2 of 1 packet chili man, garlic powder, seasoned salt, salt, pepper and 1/2 tsp cumin. Brown meat, then add remaining chili man, tomato sauce, tomato paste and 1/2 cup tomato juice (just enough so it isn't dry). Let simmer for about an hour, occasionally adding a splash of tomato juice. Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package. For the Mac Sauce: Combine ingredients, if needed you can add a little more Worcestershire sauce. **Don't add the noodles to the meat**** Serve in layers as follows: 1. noodles 2. meat mixture 3. sauce top with Kraft brand triple cheddar cheese.
