Step 1

Need one 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together 3/4 c granulated sugar, 3/4 c quick oats, 3/4 c light corn syrup, 1/2 c sweetened flaked coconut, 1/2 c melter butter and 2 large eggs. Pour into pie shell and bake for 50-60 minutes until top and crust are golden. The filling should be evenly browned but the center can move a little. Top with whipped cream.
