DIY: Alkaline Water

• 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 quart water

Preparation

Step 1

Simply add 3/4 tsp of baking soda to 1 quart of water and you are done. Sounds too simple to be true, right? But this IS alkalized water at its best.
