Hummus

This is a great recipe from an Enrichment meeting in Dallas.

Ingredients

  • large handful of parsley
  • 2-3 scallions cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 cans rinsed, drained, garbanzo beans
  • 4 T tahini
  • 6 T fresh lemon juice
  • 1 t kosher salt
  • 1/4 t cumin
  • 1/4 t garlic salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in food processor. Add salt and cumin last. Can add cayenne for spicier taste.
