Sweet Cereal Snack Mix

Ingredients

• 1.5 cups Cheerios
• 1.5 cups Kix
• 1 cup Corn Chex
• 1 cup Rice Chex
• 1 cup Wheat Chex
• 1/4 cup butter
• 2/3 cup brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cereals in large heat proof mixing bowl.
Boil remaining ingredients together until butter melts and mixture comes to a full boil.
Remove from heat and pour over cereal mixture.
Mix well with wooden spoon and spread mixture on parchment paper lined cookie sheet until cool and dry. Break into bite-size pieces and store in air tight container.
