Ingredients
- 3/4 c buckwheat flour
- 3/4 c brown rice flour
- 2 tbsp. flaxseed ground
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla

Step 1
mix dry ingredients together, then add wet to dry. cook on medium high griddle.
