Marian's Sausage Casserole

  • 1 or 2 lbs. mild pork sausage
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 1 to 2 cups chopped celery
  • 2 cups instant brown rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.75 oz.)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup (10.75 oz.)


Servings 4


Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown sausage, drain fat.
Stir in onion, celery, soups, and instant rice. May add a little
water if desired.
Pour mixture into 1.5 to 2 quart casserole sprayed with non-
stick coating. Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes.
