Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies (Lisa S.)

Ingredients

• 1 C. Butter
• 1 1/2 C. Brown Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 2 C. Pumpkin
• 2 t. Vanilla
• 3 C. Flour
• 1 t. Baking Powder
• 1/2 t. Baking Soda
• 1 1/2 t. Cinnamon
• 1/4 t. Ground Cloves
• 1/4 t. Nutmeg
• 1 t. Salt
• 1 1/2 C. Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter & sugars until creamy. Beat in eggs until fluffy. Add vanilla. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl w/ wire whisk. Add dry ingredients alternately with the pumpkin. Add chocolate chips.

Drop by spoon on greased cookie sheet.

BAKE 375 9-10 minutes
