Ingredients
- 1/2 head of cabbage, sliced thin
- 2 ribs celery, sliced thin
- 2-3 carrots, sliced thin
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 qt tomato juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- water

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients, except water in slow cooker. Then add water to within 3 inches of the top of the slow cooker (Use judgement on quantity desired) Cover. Cook on high 3 1/2 - 4 hours or until vegetables are tender. I cook mine longer, & it is fine, but the veges do cook up more the longer it cooks.
