A delicious & easy, crock-pot cooked, South Beach phase 1 recipe.
- 3 lb chicken, cut up (skinless, boneless chicken breasts)
- 1 chopped onion
- 8 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
put the chicken in, pour the other ingredients on top. cook on low for 6 hours. the vinegar makes the chicken incredibly tender. I serve it over whole wheat couscous & spoon some of the extra liquid on it. This is for a crockpot.
