Nana Peanut Butter Cookies****

Nana always made a variety of cookies at Christmas that she would give to family, friends and coworkers. As time went on she narrowed done the types she would bake, but these always made the cut. They were always a favorite with the grandkids.

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup crisco
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
1-In a med bowl, stir together flour, b. soda and salt. Set aside.
2-With electric mixes, cream together crisco and both types of sugar.
3-Add eggs, Peanut Butter and vanilla, mix well.
4-Add dry ingredients,mix just to combine.
5-Roll dough into walnut size balls. Place on cookie sheet, 2" apart.
6-Using a fork dipped in flour, flatten dough criss cross style.
Bake 375* for 15-18minutes.
