BBQ pulled Pork

  • 1-4 Pound Boneless Pork Butt or Shoulder Roast
  • 1 Can Diet Coke
  • 1 Bottle of Low Sugar BBQ Sauce (I used CarbWell)



Step 1

Trim all possible fat from roast. Place in crockpot. Pour diet coke over roast, cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.Remove pork, shred in bowl, again removing any visible fat. Dicard liquid . Return pork to crock pot and add BBQ sauce to taste. Continue to cook on low for 2 hours.
