Ingredients

  • 6 oz strong coffee (2 shots espresso)
  • 2 Tbsp powder sugar
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1-3 Tbsp half n half or heavy cream
  • You can make a large batch to have on hand with: 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • USE 3 TBSP PER CUP

Step 1

Mix all of the dry ingredients together and place in a large mug. Pour the coffee/espresso into mug and stir in the cocoa mix, until smooth (make sure you stir until all of the mix dissolves). Add cream/half n half, to taste
