Thin Mints-" Knock Off"***

Ingredients

  • 1 box Chocolate cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 T water
  • 2 T oil
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 12oz pkg Chocolate Chips
  • 2-3 drops peppermint extract

Preparation

Step 1

1-Mix together cake mix, eggs, water, oil and cocoa. Let stand for 20 min.
Preheat oven to 400*
2-Shape into 1/2" balls, place on cookie sheet 2" apart.
3-Spray the back of a spoon with PAM, use the spoon to flatten the dough.
4-Bake at 400* for 8 min.
5-Melt choc chips, add extract.
6-Dip cookies in chocolate.
