Preparation
Step 1
1- Drop 3T jelly in a bowl.
2-Add 2T honey, 1T soy sauce, 1tsp sesame oil and 1/2tsp dry ginger to the jelly.
3-Also add minced garlic, chili sauce and a generous pinch of salt, whisk.
4-Cut pork into strips(1/2"x3"). Marinade for 15 mi
5-Heat 1 tbsp oil. Let the pan get really hot and throw in the pork strips. Sauce and all. Cook over very high heat. Don't stir for a while, you want to give the sauce a chance to caramelize and stick to the meat.
6-After a few minutes—when you see the strips turn white, flip them over.
7- The sauce will cook down and the meat will brown very fast. Don’t overcook!
