Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 7 oz. spaghetti, broken, cooked, and drained
- 1 1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 2 tbsp. chopped pimento
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour. Gradually add milk. cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. add 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese; stir until melted. Add spaghetti, chicken, mushrooms, and pimento. Mix lightly. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with remaining Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Continue baking until cheese is melted.
