Ingredients
- PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 can (15 oz each) Hunt's® Tomato Sauce
- 2 teaspoons caldo con sabor de pollo (chicken bouillon)
- 1-1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 pound small red-skinned potatoes, quartered
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Spray inside of 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Stir together tomato sauce and bouillon in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients, except black pepper; stir to combine.
Cover; cook on low 8 hours or on high 4 hours or until chicken and vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with black pepper; stir before serving.
For extra flavor, stir in 1/4 cup sliced green olives with the black pepper.
