Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 5 large potatoes, washed and chopped
- 1/4 cup red chile powder
- 1 lb. halibut, cut into chunks
- 8 oz. corn kernels
- 6 cups milk
- 1/4 tea,. salt
- 1/4 tea. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a soup pot, heat oil and onions over medium-high heat and cook until soft (3-5 min). Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add broth and bring to a boil. add potatoes, return to a boil, reduce heat to medium low and simmer until tender (15-20 min). Add red chile powder, halibut, corn, milk, salt and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes and serve.
