Ingredients
- Regular size foil oven bag
- 2/3 cup bbq sauce, divided
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- dash of hot sauce
- 2 (26 oz) cans pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 Tbsp. bbq rub
- 1 lb. chicken breat tenders (about 12 pieces)
Preparation
Step 1
Place oven bag on a baking sheet. Combine 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, green onions, hot sauce and pinto beans in a medium bowl. Spoon bean mixture into oven bag. Combine remaining BBQ sauce, BBQ rub and chicken; toss well. Place chicken on beans.
Fold edges of bag over to seal.
Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until the chicken is done.
