slow cooker italian herb chicken

Made from a packet but easy weeknight meal. Serve over rice or couscous. Low-cal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. McCormick seasoning
  • 2 lbs. chicken raw
  • 1 pkg (8oz) fresh mushrooms halved
  • 2 cans (14 oz) stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can 6oz, tomato paste

Preparation

Step 1

Cut chicken into chunks, big chunks ok. Place in bottom of slow cooker.
Mix seasoning, tomatoes and tomato paste until blended. Pour over chicken and mushrooms. cover.
cook 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
