Ingredients

1 lb sharp cheddar, grated
3/4 c mayo
1 med onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/2 t tabasco sauce
1 c strawberry preserves
2 - 3 T Cointreau (optional)
1 c chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients excepts strawberry preserves and cointreau. Put in ring mold. Chill thoroughly. Unmold and fill center w/ preserves mixed w/ cointreau.
Serve with crackers.
