Ingredients

    oz pappardelle or wide noodles

  • 2

    tbsp olive oil

  • 1

    cup caramelized onions, chopped

  • 2

    garlic cloves, sliced

  • 1/2

    cup fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. While cooking, heat oil in large skillet over medium. Add onions and garlic, stir for 1 minute. Reserve 1 1/2 cups water from pasta, add to skillet. Drain pasta, add to skillet. Cook, tossing, until liquid reduces to create a sauce, about 3 minutes. Serve topped with parsley.
