South Philly Ribeye Sandwich
- 2 pounds shaved ribeye meat
- Boars Head white american cheese slices
- Pepperidge farm twin french bread
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped and diced
Dice up meat, sprinkle with garlic.
Add vegetable oil to skillet, cook ,meat on medium heat until 80% done. Take out and chop up until no big pieces exist. Add onion to skillet and salute until tender, add meat back in. Finish cooking until meat is completely done. Turn heat to low, add 4 slices of cheese. Cover till cheese is melted. Mix all together.
While cheese is melting, put bread in microwave, wrapped in a paper towel for 20 seconds.
Add slices of cheese to bread if desired, add meat.
