Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 1 tbsp. dried onion
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato puree
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
Add all the ingredients together and stir. Bring to boil and then let simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over vermicelli spaghetti or baked spaghetti squash.
