Chicken Gryo - Slow Cooker

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs BL/SL chicken breast
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped or grated
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp tsp dried dill weed
  • Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3 TBS olive oil
  • 1 TBS red wine vinegar
  • Juice of 1/2 med lemon
  • 1/3 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

1) Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook on low 6 - 8 hrs.

2) Remove cooked chicken from slow cooker and shred with 2 forks. Serve on pita with red onion, cucumber, tomatoes and Tzatziki sauce
