Homemade Hamburger Buns

WW bread or hamburger buns. Makes 2 small loaves or 16 buns.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 C warm water
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 T enhancer
  • 1/4 C gluten
  • 2 T honey or agave
  • 1 1/4 T yeast
  • 3 C whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/4 t salt
  • More flour will be added until bowl comes clean at sides.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix on speed 1, then add more flour a little at a time until the dough comes away from the sides of the bowl.

Raise 2 times. Bake at 350 degrees until internal temperature is 195 degrees.

Weight:
small loaf= 23 oz.
hamburger buns= 3 oz.
dollar rolls= 1.5 oz.
