Artichoke Dip (Better Homes & Gardens)
- Optional add ins:
- 3 , 9 ounce packages of chopped, thawed, frozen artichoke hearts
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 cups shredded Parmesan
- Salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup jarred banana pepper slices
- lemon zest
- peppercorn and smoked paprika
- 3 or 4 cloves of roasted garlic
Brush thawed artichokes with olive oil and broil for 2-3 minutes before adding remaining ingredients.
In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine everything. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake at 400 degreed uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
