Artichoke Dip (Better Homes & Gardens)

Ingredients

  • Optional add ins:
  • 3 , 9 ounce packages of chopped, thawed, frozen artichoke hearts
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded Parmesan
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/2 cup jarred banana pepper slices
  • lemon zest
  • peppercorn and smoked paprika
  • 3 or 4 cloves of roasted garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Brush thawed artichokes with olive oil and broil for 2-3 minutes before adding remaining ingredients.

In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine everything. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake at 400 degreed uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
