Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs assorted small chicken parts
- 1 lb mini sweet peppers
- 1 1/2 tbsp oi
- 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Step 1
toss chicken and peppers with oil and salt and pepper. arrange on a baking sheet. roast 35 min at 450 or until chicken is cooked through (165). stir together mayonnaise, garlic and paprika. serve chicken with garlic mayo.
