  • 1 LB. CAN TOMATOES

Step 1

COOK AND STIR GROUND BEEF UNTIL LIGHT BROWN. DRAIN OFF THE GREASE. ADD ONIONS AND GREEN PEPPERS. COOK UNTIL ONIONS ARE TENDER. STIR IN TOMATOES, RICE, CHILI POWDER, SALT, AND PEPPER. HEAT THROUGH. POUR INTO UNDGREASED 2 QUART CASSEROLE. BAKE 1 HOUR, COVERED, AT 350 DEGREES.
