- 4-5 pound chuck roast
- butter
- salt
- pepper
- garlic pwder

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 F
Melt butter and brush it over entire roast. Sprinkle roast with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Place roast in roasting pan and cover.
Cook at 325 F for 40 - 60 minutes per pound.
