• 6 + medium red potatoes, sliced thick
• 1 large onion, sliced thick
• 4-6 boneless pork chops
• 1 packet Italian dressing mix (.6 oz)
• salt & pepper

Step 1

In crockpot, toss potatoes & onion w/salt & pepper; top w/pork chops; sprinkle chops w/dressing mix.

Cook on low 7-9 hours.
