Ingredients

  • Add SAUCE & cook 3 hrs. on low:
  • 5-6 lb. Pork Roast
  • Cook in crockpot on low 10-12 hours, can add a little water. Drain liquid and shred.
  • 15 oz. La Victoria medium Taco Sauce
  • 1 1/2 C. Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 T. cumin
  • 2 cans Dr. Pepper
  • 1 small can Green-Herdez Salsa

Preparation

Step 1

RICE:
4-6 C. Water
4 t. Chicken Bouillon
3 t. minced Garlic
1/2 bunch Cilantro
4 oz. Diced Green Chilis
3/4 t. Salt
1/2 Onion, chopped
3 C. Rice
Add lime juice & salt to taste after rice is done cooking.
