ARCTIC CHAR WITH TANGY YOGURT SAUCE

Ingredients
- 2 6oz. filets of Arctic Char (or Salmon)
- Salt & pepper
- 1/2 Garam Masala (or any fish seasoning such as Old Bay)
- 2 TBs. Olive Oil
- 1-2 bunches Broccolini, trimmed
- 1 Garlic Clove, rough chopped
- 1 tsp. minced, peeled ginger
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/3 cup no-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. plus fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp chopped fresh mint leaves
- 2 tbs toasted chopped pistachio nuts

Step 1
Pat fish dry and season with salt & pepper and 1/4 tsp seasoning. Set aside.
In large lidded skillet warm 1 Tbs olive oil over med-high heat. Add broccolini & 1tsp salt, cook stirring occasionally for about 2 minutes. Add remaining seasoning, garlic, ginger, pinch of pepper and cook for another minute. Move broccolini to one side of pan. Add remaining 1 tbs olive oil to empty side of pan and add fish skin side down. Cook for 3 minutes then flip the fish and add white wine. Cover, reduce heat to low and continue cooking another 4 minutes. Remove from heat and let steam, covered, for 2 minutes.
Meanwhile in small bowl mix yogurt with lemon juice and mint, season to taste with salt & pepper. Spoon over fish and garnish with pistachio nuts.
