Ingredients
- 1/3 c shortening
- 1/3 c soy margarine
- 3 1/2 c confectioner’s sugar, sifted
- 1 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp water or soy milk (more as needed)
Preparation
Step 1
Cream together the shortening and margarine. Add confectioner’s sugar, coffee mixture, and 1 tbsp water; mix well. If it’s too stiff, add more liquid by the teaspoon and whip. Yields about 4 cups.
