Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

• 1-8 oz cool whip
• 1-8 oz cream cheese-fat free
• 1-8 oz sour cream-fat free
• 1 -instant choc pudding – fat free
• 1 tsp. Vanilla
• additional sugar or sweetner if needed

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all together with electric mixer and set in refrigerator for a few hours.
Serve as pudding or place in pie crust
