  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 1 8oz sour cream
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 11/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 2 cups pealed chopped apples
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour and sugar. Cut in butter. Firmly pack 2¾ of mixture evenly into 13x9x2“ greased pan. To remaining mixture add sour cream, egg, salt, and cinnamon. Beat well and fold in 1 cup pecans and 2 cups apples. Pour filling over crust. bake 350 for 35 minutes. Cool and cut in 2” squares.
