Soul Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 tblsp oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tblsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • chopped green pepper and cucumber

mix all and marinate for 2 hours in fridge
