Ingredients
- 1/4 pound bacon, cooked and diced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 6 – 8 red potatoes, quartered
- 1/2 pound cheddar cheese, thinly sliced or shredded
- salt and pepper
- butter
- Green Onions (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Layer half of the bacon, onions, potatoes, and cheese in the crockpot. Season to taste with salt and pepper and sprinkle with butter. Repeat with layers of potato mixture and butter. Cover with foil. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
