Ingredients
- 4 lbs London Broil Beef or Flank Steak
- 2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 2 tsp. Chili Powder
- 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- 2 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 tsp. Liquid Smoke
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot
Preparation
Step 1
1.) Trim all fat off meat
2.) Cut steak into 4" strips; Freeze meat for 20-30 minutes to cut into strips better
3.) Lightly pound the strips till they are 1/2" thick
4.) Add all ingredients in a large bowl & mix well
5.) Cover and refrigerate overnight
6.) Line cookie sheet with Aluminum Foil & place strips on sheet; DO NOT OVERLAP
7.) Set Oven/Smoker to 150-175 degrees
8.) Cook for 6 hours, turning after 3 hours
