Broiled Salmon with Mustard Dill Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. coarse grained mustard
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 4 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped fresh dill, or to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and season with pepper. Serve with broiled salmon. Sauce can be made a day in advance and kept refrigerated. Bring to room temperature and whisk before serving.
