Asparagus with Wasabi-Mayo Dip

  • 3 lb. asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 4 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. wasabi paste

Preparation

Step 1

Blanch asparagus in boiling salted water 1 minute. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking. Pat dry. Whisk together remaining ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
