pork chops with mustard-apricot sauce

  • 4 bone in pork chops (1 in thick)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup broth
  • 1/4 cup apricot jam
  • 3 tbsp grainy mustard
  • 1/2 tsp pepper



Step 1

cook pork chops in oil 10-12 min or until cooked through (145) turning once. transfer pork to a plate. to skillet, add broth, jam, mustard and pepper. cook 3 min, stirring and scraping. top pork with mustard sauce.
