Ingredients
- 1 pkg (8oz) herb dressing
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup water
- Toss above ingredients lightly.
- Place in 9 x 13 pan (2/3rds of it)
- Mix 2 1/2 cups diced turkey
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- mushrooms and water chestnuts
- 1/2 cup real mayo
- 3/4 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Place turkey mixture on top of stuffing and top with remaining stuffing. Mix 1 1/2 cups milk and 2 beaten eggs and pour over. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
One hour before cooking mix 1 can mushroom soup with 3/4 cup water and pour over top - return to frig.
Bake 50 minutes at 325 degrees.
Remove from oven - sprinkle over 1 cup shredded cheese and return to oven for 10 minutes.
