Ingredients
- 8 Oz chocolate chips
- 1 TBLS cocoa powder
- 4 TBLS corn syrup
- 3/4 C sour cream (warmed over very low heat, to loosen up)
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler. Stir in cocoa powder, then corn syrup stir until well blended.
Stir in the warmed sour cream flavored with the vanilla. Stir well, set aside until cool enough to frost the cupcakes.
