Ingredients
- 3/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 2 (1 1/2" thick) rib-eye steaks
- 1 Tb. olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Stir together first 7 ingredients. Brush steaks with oi; rub with pepper mixture. Cover and chill 1 hour. Grill steaks, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350-400 degrees) about 10 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
